A bit about me

Hello I’m Sarah. I’m a 3D Designer based in the North West producing 3D visualisations and renders for architects, property developers and design teams across the UK. I offer an easy, hassle-free service, working closely and directly with my clients on projects of all sizes to produce high-quality exterior and interior 3D renders.

I work with industry-standard software including 3D Studio Max, SketchUp Pro, VRay and Adobe Creative Suite. I have a Fine Art degree and also an MA in 3D Exhibition Design and Visualisation. My visuals are high-quality and technically accurate, and my art background also enables me to focus on atmospheric details to create the right mood within the 3D renders to bring plans and concepts to life.

Realistic 3D visualisations for architects and property developers to present their creations. From the initial modelling right through to the final rendered visuals, I work closely with my clients to bring their ideas, concepts and plans to life. Services I provide include 3D interior and exterior visualisations, 3D maps and floor plans, 3D modelling and final high-quality renders.

Architectural visualisation

High-quality realistic 3D images to help create or enhance a clients vision. From initial 3D modelling to final textured renders. I have experience working closely with architects on all shapes and sizes of jobs; From house extensions to large-scale factories, I help to bring the plans to life using a process of 3D software, Photoshop and final artworking.

Interior visualisation

Accurate and striking interior visualisations to help enhance your vision or plans. Whether it’s a house renovation or a massive development, I can create whatever is needed, always with the same attention to detail. I’ve worked with property developers and architects to create visuals used for presentations, marketing material, planning applications and house renovation plans.

3D rendering

Fully-textured renders that show off your plans in a beautiful and stylish way. I don’t just focus on which brick goes where, I also feel it’s important that they have aspirational feel and visually communicate with the viewer. Whether it’s down to subtle colouring, or having a minimalist approach, I always make sure I show renders in their best light.

3D maps / floor plans

Simple and stylish 3D maps and floor plans to help sell your idea, or visualise a space and how it fits within an environment. They are often used in the initial stages of planning and presentations, and offer a more exciting way to display exterior and interior spaces rather than just using complicated architects plans or Google Maps!
